Santa Village Tycoon

What you can do in Santa Village Tycoon

Build a 3D Christmas village and organise its production. This is a single-player management game for a web browser, with desktop and touch controls.

By the Santa Village Tycoon team. Reviewed 16 October 2026. Covers the web version.

Turn raw materials into gifts

The opening chain connects the forest, toy workshop, wrapping station and Santa’s cabin. Wool, candy and robot production join the story later. When a raw material is missing, upgrading only the final workshop will not fix the bottleneck.

What managers automate

Each supported building has its own manager. Hiring that manager lets its crew work independently. You do not stack multiple managers inside one workshop: upgrades, transport and the rest of the supply chain also determine its output.

Story access and optional purchases

Chapters 1 to 5 are free. A one-time €6.99 unlock opens chapters 6 to 24. Luxury items and coin packs are separate optional purchases; unlocking the full story does not include every shop item. There is no subscription.

An account for another browser

You can start without signing up. Local saves belong to that browser and can be lost if its data is cleared. Sign in with Google to use account saves and recover linked purchases. On a phone you play on the website; this guide does not promise sync with a future iOS app.

All 19 buildings and their jobs

These descriptions come from the game’s own text. Buildings unlock as the story progresses; not all are available in the free chapters.

Santa’s cabin

Santa's home. Drop anything on its gold pad to sell it. Upgrade it to hire seller elves.

Toy Workshop

Turns logs into toys. Drop logs on its blue pad, or let porter elves bring them. Toys are worth 3 coins.

Sawmill

Lumberjack elves cut trees and pile the logs here for the workshops. More levels, more elves.

Wrapping Hall

Wraps toys into gifts, the most valuable product: 9 coins each. Feed it toys on its blue pad.

Teddy Mill

Turns wool from the sheep into knitted gifts, a second line that sells on its own. Sheep → wool → gift.

Candy Kitchen

Elves pick candy canes in the grove, the kitchen cooks them into sweets and wraps the sweets into gifts at its door. Canes → sweets → gifts.

Market Square

The market square: shoppers stroll around the stalls. Raises every price and pays the biggest pile of coins at its door.

Storehouse

Elves carry crates in and out all day. Gives Santa a bigger bag and pays a pile of coins at the door.

Elf Cottages

Cosy cottages: elves rest and sleep here, work faster, and knit scarves that pay a pile of coins at the door.

Reindeer Stable

The reindeer carry Santa! Once built you ride one everywhere, and each level makes you faster.

Elf Gym

The elf gym: you can see them squatting, lifting and jogging. Porters and sellers carry more per trip, and the fans leave coins at the door.

Clock Tower

A clock tower watched over by a polishing elf. Elves work harder after dark, and visitors drop coins at the door.

Magic Tower

Casts a Christmas spell every few minutes: for a while everything runs twice as fast.

Paint Shop

Painters decorate gifts at their easels, so every gift sells for more. The shop also pays coins at its door.

Letter Office

Children send wishes! Carry the goods they ask for to the mailbox and get paid triple.

Delivery Depot

A second selling point with its own seller elves, far from the cabin.

Santa’s Mint

A money machine: it presses coins all day into a vault at its door. Walk over the pile to collect before it fills up. Upgrades press faster and store more.

Robot Works

Elves bring spare parts from the scrap pile, the workshop builds wind-up toy robots and wraps them into gifts at its door. Parts → toy robots → gifts.

Sleigh Hangar

Santa's sleigh lives here. Level 3 is needed for the Christmas Eve flight.
